2. Acceptance of the Terms 

By completing the subscription purchase and checking the acceptance box, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions, including automatic recurring billing, as described below. 

3. Eligibility 

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Spanish law. 

4. Description of the Subscription Service 

The subscription grants access to the Focal Dystonia Method online program subject to the selected plan. 

The scope, features, duration, and price of each subscription plan are clearly displayed before checkout. 

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment 

• All prices are shown in dollars ($) and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise. 

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. 

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method. 

6. Automatic Renewal and Recurring Billing  

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly / annual), unless cancelled before the renewal date. 

• Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each renewal period. 

• The amount and billing frequency are clearly disclosed before purchase. 

• You may cancel the subscription at any time, without penalties. 

Stripe will store and process your payment details in accordance with its security standards. 

7. Right of Withdrawal  

In accordance with EU and Spanish consumer law: 

• You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the subscription date. 

• To exercise this right, you must notify us by email or other written means.

8. Cancellation Policy  

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via: 

• Your account settings, or 

• By contacting customer support at [info@ruthslchiles.com] 

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. 

• You will retain access to the Service until that date. 

• No partial refunds are issued for unused periods, except where required by law. 

9. Free Trials (If Applicable) 

• Free trials convert automatically into a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. 

• The price, billing frequency, and renewal terms are disclosed before the trial starts. 

• Only one free trial per user may be allowed. 

10. Price Changes 

• We may modify subscription prices for future billing periods. 

• Any price change will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. 

• If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel the subscription before the change takes effect. 

11. User Obligations 

Users agree not to: 

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes 

• Share access credentials 

• Reproduce, resell, or exploit the Service without authorization 

12. Intellectual Property 

All content and software are the exclusive property of Ruth S.L. Chiles or its licensors. Use is limited to personal, non-transferable access.
