You have been doing the program.

You are committed. And you are ready to go deeper.

The Focal Dystonia Method Intensive is a twelve-month live program for a small group of Focal Dystonia Method subscribers who want to accelerate their recovery, or who feel they need extra one-to-one support — with direct, personal access to Ruth in a way that has never been offered before.

Places are limited to 12.

This is the founding cohort. Ruth will only work with one cohort per year.

What the program includes

Once a month, you will spend a full day — six therapeutic hours — live online with Ruth and the group. Each session has two elements.

Your personal group consultancy

Ruth will check in with each member of the group individually: where you are, what is shifting, what is not yet moving, and what your next steps need to be. This is personal guidance — specific to you, your nervous system, your process — held within the safety of the group.

A live neurosomatic processing session

Each month, three members of the group go deeper in a live session with Ruth, witnessed by everyone present. This is where something profound happens: the witnessing is not passive. When you watch someone else move through their process, your own nervous system moves with them. You receive healing in every session — whether or not it is your turn. When it is your turn, you receive exactly what a private client receives in a one-to-one session with Ruth — the full depth of her attention, on you, on your process, for 60 minutes in real time.
Every member of the group has their own live session at least once every four months.
But in practice, you receive the depth of three healing sessions every single month.
Between sessions, you will have access to a dedicated community space on the platform —
to share, to ask questions, and to stay connected to the group and to your process.

What this is, and what it is not

This is not a group course. There is no curriculum. No new material to absorb.

What you will receive is Ruth’s full attention on your individual recovery — held within a group that amplifies everything. Twelve people, all deeply committed, all working with the same method, all witnesses to each other’s healing.

Through decades of working with focal dystonia, Ruth has found that this quality of witnessed, personalized, sustained support produces a depth of recovery that goes beyond what is possible alone. The nervous system heals faster when it feels truly seen — and the group creates conditions for this that one-to-one sessions cannot.

Who this is for

  • You are already subscribed to the Focal Dystonia Method program.
  • You are doing the work.
  • You desire a level of support that goes beyond what the program alone provides.
You do not need to be at a particular stage of the program to apply. You need to be genuinely committed to your recovery — and ready to show up fully, every month, for twelve months.

Founding Cohort

This is the first time Ruth has offered this program.

The twelve people who join in September 2026 are the founding cohort.
That means something. You will be part of shaping what this becomes. You will have Ruth’s attention at a moment when this work is being brought into a new form. That cannot be repeated.

When people first come to me, they’re confused and exhausted. They’ve tried so much, but no one has ever explained what’s really happening in their nervous system. That’s what this course does. I designed it to give you the same clarity my private clients get in our first sessions — so you can understand you’re not broken, and recovery is actually possible. That’s the foundation everything else is built on. I’m here to help you every step of the way.
