About the Focal Dystonia Method
After decades of experience, Ruth has designed this program to replicate, as closely as possible, the process you would take if you had private consultations with her.
The program enables you to make the deep neuro-physiological changes in your brain and nervous system to rewire the root causes of your FD (also known as the musician´s dystonia, writer´s cramp, cervical dystonia, oromandibular dystonia, focal dysphonia, the yips, blepharospasm, embouchure dystonia, runner’s dystonia, dartitis…). It includes 52 weekly modules. It is recommended that you dedicate a minimum of 15 minutes per day to it.
By joining the program today, you will receive:
-
Daily videos and exercises which explain in detail all the steps Ruth takes with her clients.
-
Daily journal pages to record your progress.
-
Access to a monthly 2 hour group video call directly with Ruth.
Inside the Program
In the program, Ruth explains in detail all the steps she takes with her clients. She does so in five different types of bite-sized videos:
- Educational:Â the scientific explanations of the causes and solutions of your focal dystonia in everyday language, backed by research.Â
- Exercises:Â to guide you step-by-step through to resolution.
- Demonstrations:Â You will watch Ruth guiding clients through the exercises to see how to do them and also how to overcome the common difficulties that people find along the way.
- Clients Speak:Â she has handed the mic over to clients who have successfully used the program so that they can share their learning, tips, wisdom and experience directly with you.
- Case studies:Â The program is sprinkled with case studies of the experience of real clients who have successfully worked with Ruth.
Â
Remember that included in your membership is a monthly 2 hour group video call with Ruth.
“Ruth Chiles’ deep understanding of focal dystonia and the recovery techniques that she offers have been nothing short of miraculous for me. I have gone from the terror and despair and disability of focal dystonia in my right hand to full recovery of my hand and my life.”
